First to arrive at a surprise birthday dinner for my cousin's bf. I'm alone in this private room and drinking a martini. La de da de dum. Hoping I'm not the only one here when the birthday boy gets here!

This is a stupid expensive dress (that I have from Gwynniebee -- I didn't buy it) that I think is for rich ladies who want to look like they're wearing sacks. But I'm wearing it anyway. Hoping it looks more "shift dress" than "sack of fat."

Midget Tree

I remember our Christmas tree circa 1980 and how dumb I thought it was because we had to have one like this for this same reason.

This one hasn't been decorated yet, but I'm pretty sure all lights and ornaments will be toward the top.
